They are created through a 10-step process.
Three of these steps involve firing:
a low-temperature bisque firing, a glaze firing, and a final firing after the gold application—each piece is crafted with great care through this triple-firing process.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment (closed on weekends and holidays). Shipping is a flat rate of 935 yen nationwide (1,045 yen for Tohoku, 1,375 yen for Hokkaido, and 1,540 yen for Okinawa).
