Returns and Exchanges
Conditions for Returns
- Please contact us by phone (03-5403-4870) or email (info@nordvisions.com) within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Please return the item within 3 days of your contact using a trackable shipping method (e.g., Yu-Pack or courier services) that provides a shipping receipt.
- Please return the product, accessories, and box in their original, as-delivered condition.
※We cannot be held responsible for loss or misdelivery of products returned without prior notice or sent via methods without a shipping receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
As a general rule, we do not accept returns due to customer convenience. In particular, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page
- Pierced earrings and clip-on earrings
- Food items
- Items damaged or soiled through customer negligence after delivery
- Items that have been used, or subjected to secondary processing, repair, or cleaning
- Items where accessories such as boxes or manuals have been soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded
- Sale items or partial returns of set items
- Items more than 8 days after delivery
Defective Items or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 8 days of receipt. We will exchange the item at our expense. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
※Handcrafted Nordic products may exhibit variations in wood grain, color, and shape. These are characteristics of the product and do not constitute defects.

Refunds
- Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund through your credit card company.
- The actual timing of the refund depends on your credit card company's closing date. Please check your statement from the card company.
- For returns due to customer convenience, only the product price will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.
