Delivery Provider
Deliveries are made via Sagawa Express or Japan Post. You cannot specify the delivery provider.
Shipping Fees
The following shipping fees (tax included) apply per delivery address:

Free Shipping
Shipping is free for orders totaling 11,000 JPY (tax included) or more. However, a fee of 440 JPY for Hokkaido and 660 JPY for Okinawa (both tax included) will be charged.
Shipping Schedule
- Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed by 10:00 AM on business days may be shipped as early as the same day.
- We are closed on weekends and holidays, so no shipping will take place. Please note that deliveries may be delayed before or after consecutive holidays.
- We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Specifying Delivery Date and Time
You may specify a preferred delivery date and time when placing your order. If no preference is specified, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
Absence and Refusal of Receipt
- If you are not present, a delivery notice will be left; please request re-delivery from the courier.
- Packages will be held by the courier for 6 days from the date of shipment. If the storage period expires, the package will be returned to us.
- If a package is returned due to customer reasons such as refusal of receipt or extended absence, the return shipping costs and re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Japan.
